BETER Makes US Debut with Jersey Vendor Registration

Award-winning provider BETER receives vendor registration from the Division of Gaming Enforcement in New Jersey. The provider is well-known for its fast-betting content, data, and live streaming.
Officially Entering the US iGaming Market
This registration represents BETER’s first regulatory approval in the United States, allowing the company to provide its real-time data and live streams to licensed operators in New Jersey. This enables brands to deliver a dynamic, fast-paced, non-stop betting experience.
This entry marks a major milestone for BETER as it complements the company’s growth and marks its debut in the US. Valeriia Tarchynska, BETER’s Chief Legal Officer, spoke about the importance of the company’s debut in the United States,
“Securing our first US approval marks a significant legal and operational achievement for BETER. Our legal team, in close collaboration with our trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, worked tirelessly with the New Jersey DGE to bring this to life,” she said in a press release.
She highlighted BETER’s intention to expand its footprint within New Jersey and throughout the US, supported by the certification of its ESportsBattle product. She also mentioned that the company will focus on entering major betting markets such as Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and Colorado.
BETER has already established a solid reputation in key markets from Latin America to Europe, and the trust it has earned in those markets has played an important role in obtaining the necessary approvals for its US entry.
The First Product Approved is the Setka Cup
BETER’s flagship Setka Cup table tennis tournaments are the first of its products to receive approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). These tournaments are already live on the New Jersey platform of tier-one sportsbook bet365, which operates across several US states.
BETER organizes more than 11,000 Setka Cup matches each month across 16+ arenas globally, providing over 30 betting markets for each event. Every match is closely monitored by BETER’s in-house integrity team, which is committed to maintaining the highest levels of fairness and transparency.
Overall, the provider hosts over 46,000 monthly fast-paced betting events across both esports and traditional sports. Its portfolio includes ESportsBattle tournaments which feature popular titles like eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey, as well as classic sports such as basketball, tennis, and table tennis. More disciplines are expected to launch later in 2025.
BETER also offers an Esports Odds Feed, delivering industry-leading odds for over 450 tournaments worldwide and covering more than 40,000 pre-match and live events annually. The odds are calculated using official data and are compiled by a team of experienced traders.
